The ZR1 package Corvette (often referred to as the “Blue Devil”) features a 6.2-liter LS9 engine that is rated at 638-horsepower and 604 lb.-ft. of torque. That is prior to the radical LPE modification package that includes computerized engine blueprinting and balancing, cylinder head porting and polishing, camshaft and fuel injector upgrades, and the addition of a Lingenfelter GT9 supercharger with twin intercoolers. The LPE modification nets approximately 750 total horsepower.
