900HP JDM Turbo Swap Supra – Street Hits

Welcome car enthusiasts of every sort and get a load of Ryan Scott’s 1995 Toyota Supra. This slick looking coupe is making in the neighborhood of 900hp despite having a full interior with air conditioning, full audio system, and power steering. Today, Ryan is treating us to a test run across the border and into Mexico. Hop in and buckle up!

Under the hood is a JDM 2JZ-GTE 3.0-liter inline 6-cylinder engine. The bottom end is stock, and the cylinder head has Brian Crower camshafts, springs and retainers. Surprisingly, it still has stock valves. The turbo kit is by Powerhouse and the turbocharger is a Borg Warner S369 on 30 psi of boost. Shifting duties are handled (manually) via a Tremec T-56 Magnum transmission. The clutch is a McLeod dual-disc and the shifter is a SIKKY short throw. The short driveshaft is configured by Driveshaft Shop and the rear end (factory axles) is from a Toyota Aristo. This car is very well built and ready for street or strip.

Engine management duties are left an AEM Infiniti unit that is tuned by John Kerr (J-K Tuning).

Ride along as Ryan takes his mom and wife on their first ride in the Supra. There are lots of other street hits and a really deep dive into the car. Check it out.
