Please note that airbags (because they have to be shipped Hazmat), carburetors and electronic modules (brains, body controllers, etc.) are sold in "AS-IS" condition and NEVER come with a warranty. In the event that a part sold with a warranty fails to operate within the warranty period from time of purchase, not installation, JACKS AUTO PARTS will replace the part with a functionally equivalent part or refund the purchase price at our option. Engines are sold as used long blocks. This means that we only warranty the block and the head. All other parts that remain on the engine are not covered under our warranty. These parts include, but are not limited to: Intake manifolds, exhaust manifolds, throttle bodies, fuel rails, fuel injectors, egr valves or other emissions system parts, wiring harnesses, crank sensors, cam sensors and any other electrical sensor that may be included, valve covers, distributer, carburetors, flywheel, etc... **These parts may or may not be on the engine when purchased**
Engines are sold with the understanding that harness, sensors, fuel system, manifolds, etc. may need to be changed to fit your application. We do not under any circumstances cover labor fees, original shipping charges, or return shipping. 3. Bolt on Parts Warranty
Includes but is not limited to the following alternators, starters, power steering pumps, ac compressors, steering gears (racks), throttle bodies, turbos, distributors, oil pans, etc.

These items are sold as good working used parts. Any electrical sensors that may be included are not covered by our warranty. The only exception is MASS AIR FLOW Sensors/meters.
