We use a freight service for these items, and the item will come on a wooden pallet in a semi trailer. You MUST provide a commercial business address for shipping an item like this. A forklift or loading dock is required for this kind of shipping. IF you do not have a commercial business address that you can use for delivery, please ask us, as we have several Hubs around the country where we can ship the item to, and you can pick it up when it arrives. Not providing a commercial address will result in delays in your shipment. We CAN ship to a residential address, but price must be discussed in advance as it would result in residential delivery fee, which can range from $65-150 additional.
