Here is a weld together yourself header kit for a b234f cylinder head. it includes 3/8" CNC plasma cut b234f 16v flange, 2 pipe Tees, 2 pipe elbows, and T3 flange. Decent fabrication skills are required!!!These pieces come all separate and need final fitting and welding.
nominal 1.500" pipe ID - 1.900" OD
12" of 1/4" X 3/4" steel for gusseting the T3 flange is included but not shown.
All Mild Steel Construction for easy MIG, TIG, or even ARC welding. Thick materials for durability and long service life. VERY tough when constructed properly.
Tools That may be REQUIRED-
-Chop saw, orcut off wheelto trim the tee fittings to fit
-Cutting torch to cut out the port for the turbo flange
-Good welder, 200amp or larger welding machine
-Die grinder and burrs to smooth out the turbo port
Note- The engine flange and the turbo flange will need to be surfaced after welding MOST LIKELY.
