IT IS LIKE IT WAS NOT SANDED/POLISHED/FINISHED 100% WHEN IT WAS MADE. THERE IS STILL A LOT OF CLEAR RESIN ON IT SO IT COULD BE REFINED FURTHER IF THISANNOYEDYOU BUT IS VERY MINIMAL.
