TERMS OF SALE
We offer a 14 day return policy for yourconvenience.
All returns or refunds must obtain a Return Merchandise Agreement (RGA) number. Please contact us so we can give you thisreferencenumber. This must be submitted and approved by Wicked One Off Road before a return or refund will be granted.
- When returning an item for a refund it is assumed that all products are new andsale-able
- Items installed are considered used and we will not accept the returned merchandise.
- Re-boxing fees will be assessed on items received with damaged packaging
- Any product returned damaged, used or otherwise unsaleable condition may be returned to the customer or credit given at a lower value, at the discretion of Wicked One Off Road.
- Responsibility is yours to show proof of delivery to Wicked One Off Road.
- If free shipping was provided for the original purchase, a freight charge of 9% or $8.50 minimum will be deducted from the sales price.
- The buyer is responsible for shipping the returned merchandise.
- We will not authorize any returns after the 14 day period.
WARRANTIES
If the item shipped has been damaged caused by the carrier service, the customer hasthree daysto contact us from the delivery date so we can file a claim with the shipping carrier. If the customer contacts us past the deadline, we cannot guarantee a warranty claim for damaged merchandise.
Warranties are granted by the manufacturer for any defects. We will do everything in our power to assist our customer with the warranty claim if it is warranted.
