It is 6.719" tall. It has a triple chrome plated steel top and base with a housing for an inverted cone filter on the top. It is factory pre-oiled. It is Spectre part number #8132. Spectre air filters are washable and reusable.This filter was previously purchased, has never been installed and is undamaged.
