When we set out to build a set of headers for the 6.0 Powerstroke we quickly found out that a cast manifold simply would not do. “Performance” cast manifolds simply did not move enough air for the gains we wanted out of the product. This brought us to Stainless Steel tube headers. After a year of research and development we finally got it. Rudy\'s Diesel designed and built the best replacement headers on the market. Each set of headers goes thru a rigorous set of test to makes sure we are giving you the best quality welds, bends, and finish. The final step for each set of headers is to go thru a complete leak test.
