The mufflers have a nice, clean, low rumble sound, but are still a little loud for me. The mufflers are a little pricey compared to others, but you are getting a very high quality, stainless steel product. All bolts, gaskets, and paperwork will be included.
The mufflers were mounted for roughly 4,000 Miles during the summer months and never experienced snow/salt. The mufflers were purchased new from Rally Sport Direct in March 2016. Originally the website stated the mufflers would fit the 2015 STI in addition to the previous generation. The mufflers were bolted to the stock mid-pipe of my 2016 STI without issue. The mufflers have a slight outward tilt when mounted to the 15/16 generation as seen in the last photo. Lastly, the muffler tips do have some melted plastic on them from the rear valence.
