If you are looking for brand new condition, then used wheels are not a good choice for you. We do our best at describing everything as acurrately as we can but they still are used wheels. Valve stems are not guaranteed if included with wheels at all. The rubber seals in them can dry out over time. We do not test valve stems. Wheels may have marks on barrels from tire dismounting or general wear. We only note blemishes that will be seen ones wheesl are mounted on the car or if they appear to be structural.
