Introducing the SFR Tri-Y header for the 944 turbo. This headers utilizes the factory Tri-Y design but we have gone above and beyond by incoproating a slip-fit, merge collector which helps spool-up and top-end power. The Tri-Y headers that come standard on the 944 series cars are designed to work with the long runner intake manifold to produce lots of low-end torque.By incorpating these slip fit merge collectors,we were able to increase torque,shorten spool-up times and increase top end horsepower!. Each of these headers is hand built on specially designed jigs to ensure proper fitment.The headers include a brushed finish,are TIG welded and back purge. The final step is hand finishing on the inside.
