RETURN POLICY

v All returns mustmeet the below listed criteria to be accepted & processed:
Ø Must have an RMAnumber assigned
Ø Must be returnedwithin 14 days of the purchase date
Ø Are not used,installed, or disassembled
Ø Do not have missingparts, hardware or instructions
Ø Are in the originalpackaging

üeBay customers must first agree to the eBay withdrawalprocess before any refund will be issued.
ü Original method ofpayment will be refunded upon the acceptance of returned merchandise.
ü An RMA number isvalid for ten (10) days from date of issuance.

Should a part fail within the twelve (12) month warranty period,DeutschepartsUSA will provide an immediate replacement of the part. ThisWarranty Replacement Policy does not provide for a refund of the purchaseprice, and/or any labor costs involved in the removal and installation of thepart. Additionally, DeutschepartsUSAis not responsible for any loss of use in service or repair costs incurredfor incidental damage resulting from the failed product.
