This steering wheel ispractically brand new with not signs of wear, cuts, marks, etc. The steering wheel came off of a 1986 Porsche 911 that was very rarely driven. The wheel as actually only seen under 100 miles driven. I had Porsche of Princeton, NJ remove and put original back on for new owner. All of the parts are included that you see and looks fairly easy to assemble.
