This product was designed for off road use In NY and CA. This converter is not CARB Certified. In most cases this will not turn the Check Engine Light on but in some cases a tune may be required to keep the light off.
DescriptionAs with all of our products, we have spent a lot of time, energy and testing on our free catalytic converter. Our CATs are a full stainless steel converter. The externals are stainless steel with laser cut stainless flanges and the internals are a stainless wound 200 cell coil converter. We are able to keep the engine light off with our converter, we decided to go with a 5″ internal wound coil. Most manufactures of this type of converter only make it 3″ or 3½” long.
