This is an original GM exhaust manifold for Small Block Chevy engines. The casting number is 3846559 and is chrisp and easy to read. The back size is cast "18" and "A28" or "A29" as shown. The 3846559 exhaust manifold is a driver's side manifold that was original equipment on many 1964-1967 and 1971-1972 Corvette models. This manifold will also work on many other applications. Please confirm your specific application.
This manifold is in very good original condition overall. The casting is clean and chrisp. The only flaw I see is one of the manifold to pipe studs broke off at some point. Someone drilled out the sheared off stud but never completed the repair. Once completed this will be a very nice manifold that is ready to install.
