Each new orremanufactured repair kit is warranted to be free of manufacturer’s defects for1 year from the date of purchase. All units returned to Turbopark for warrantyconsideration must be shipped freight prepaid. Collect shipments will not beaccepted. If your warranty is approved, we will refund the cost of return shipping.
Turbopark willreplace or refund at its discretion any Turbopark brand product that provesdefective in material or workmanship under normal installation, use, andservice.
New or remanufacturedOEM repair kit sent in for warranty consideration often require us returningthe unit back to the original manufacturer for processing. We cannot be heldresponsible for turnaround times in these instances. The final decision will bemade by the manufacturer.
Our warranty DOES NOTcover any damage or malfunction due to improper installation procedure, misuse,neglect, unauthorized disassembly or alteration, or externally induced physicaldamage.
