WARRANTY POLICY
RaceCar Performance Supply (RCPS) will, within one year from the date of sale to the original purchaser, immediately replace in-kind any properly installed part sold by RCPS which is found to have material or manufacturing defects. A Return MerchandiseAuthorization (RMA) numbermust be obtained before any parts can be returned pre-paid (buyer pays shipping) to RCPS for warranty consideration. Upon inspection, parts found to be under warranty will be replaced in kind with a new unit and shipped to you at RCPS expense. This warranty extends to the application under normal race car performance use and services and does not apply to non-standard applications, submersion, deliberate abuse, broken drive gears, broken aluminum drive end housings (nose cone), improper installation, careless handling, and or tampering or dismantling of units.
Our warranty is limited to the replacement of defective units only and does not cover labor, return shipping of defective part,or any other expenses. RaceCar Performance Supply’s (RCPS) liability for losses or damages, arising out of any cause whatsoever, is limited to an in-kind replacement within the warranty period. RCPS shall not be liable for any incidental damages, consequential damages, property damages, or personal injury damages to the extent permitted by law. Outbound and Inbound shipping cost are non-refundable.
