1.)Buyer buying the wrong disk for his vehicle (Vehicle must be on the compatibility list above) .

3.) Buyer has a defective Navigation Unit that requires cleaned and/or laser re-aligned. This happens generally and 100% of the time the buyer complains, when he tests the disc in another vehicle, it always works fine. If you get a \"Disc Read Error\", that is a problem with your Navigation Unit, requiring a cleaning and/or laser re-aligned. \"Disc Read Error\" isNOTa problem with the Navigation Disc.Navigation Discs DO NOT go bad,the units do. As these vehicles and Navigation Units get older and older, this is becoming more of a problem.
