BSM EXHAUST WORKS RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY:
If you are dissatisfied with an order, or you receive your item in damaged condition and would like to return or exchange it, please e-mail or call our Returns / Exchange Department within 10 days from the date you received the product to obtain an RGA (return goods authorization) number and information sheet. BSM Exhaust Works accepts returns and exchanges on most products except electrical items or products marked otherwise. BSM Exhaust Works may impose a minimum restocking fee of 10% of the price of the product in such case you will be informed of the fee amount at the time of the return goods authorization. All items being returned must be in new condition (unless received damaged) with all the original parts and accessories etc. present and in its original packaging, within thirty (30) days after receipt of RGA number. After 30 days returns will be accepted at the discretion of BSM Exhaust Works. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for returns and/or exchanges. However, BSM Exhaust Works will pay or reimburse the shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, a manufacturing defect or shipping damage.
