Inorder to obtain one (1) year or 25,000 km which come first warranty Thewarranty card must be filed and send to OzAutoMotives within 14 days ofpurchase, all the parts must be fitted by a certified technician whohas necessary experience, skills & tools to perform theinstallation. Otherwise, this warranty will be void.
Ifthe purchased part has a manufacturing defect and is within themanufacturers 12 months or 25,000 km which come first internationalwarranty period, OzAutoMotives will either replace the item or refundthe cost of the item for the life of the published warranty, and if aclaim is made, the claim must be accompanied by the certificate of thetechnician and a statement by the technician outlining the fault &the solution with PayPal payment invoice. In case of a manufacturingdefect please do not return the item without confirmation fromOzAutoMotives, after the confirmation part must be sent back toOzAutoMotives and a new item will be sent if the manufacturer issatisfied the warranty conditions have been met. OzAutoMotives willrefund the return postage charge upon receipt of the faulty part if thepart is sent back according to OzAutoMotives accepted “Return, Refund& Warranty policy”
