We accept returns of unused product only within 30 days of delivery. Returns will be processed in the order they are received, typically within 3-5 business day(s). You will receive notification once your return has been processed. Return shipping of unwanted or mistakenly ordered product is the responsibility of the buyer.
Please note that returns will not be accepted at NTB store locations and will only be accepted using the process documented below.
Return/Refund Process:
If you find an error with your order, or need to return or exchange an item, please call our Customer Service Department at 844-357-4286. Our representatives will provide you with a return authorization number and mailing address for return of unused product.
Return Checklist:
To prevent damage during shipping, please follow these steps:
- Make sure the original strapping is completely intact. If it\'s not, ship tires individually. Do not tape them together.
- Clearly label each tire (even if it\'s strapped to another tire) with your return address, phone number and National Tire and Battery\'s address provided to you by our Customer Service Department.
- Securely tape the packing slip with your return authorization number on tire.
Credits will be issued to the PayPal® account used for the order once returned goods have been received and inspected. Return shipping on elective returns of unused product will be paid by the buyer.
Shipping and Damage Claims:
If your shipment has arrived with a damaged or incorrect item, please contact National Tire and Battery\'s eBay Customer Service Department at 844-357-4286. We will report the damage to the shipper and arrange for replacement or exchange. Damaged merchandise must be completely repackaged in the original packing, and we will arrange for the return.
