Once you pay for the cluster repair. you take it out of your vehicle and ship to us, we will test and replace all stepper motors and repair or replace led display then ship back to you.(only for orders within the 48 continental US)
WARRANTY & RETURNS:
If for some reason the part malfunctions within the warranty period, the defected unit must be shipped back at customers expense and another will be programmed and returned to you quickly. All warranties are subject to company approvals. If the wrong part is ordered there will be a 30% restocking fee minus any shipping charges and refund will be issued.
