They should fit all om617 engine variantslike the 1981 to 1985 300SD and more, but DO NOT USE EBAY\'sCOMPATIBILTY CHART for your fit decision. It is horrificallyinaccurate. Please message me through ebay and I will try to pointyou in the right direction.
They have a full set of new Monarknozzles and tips. Well, I say new but the nozzles have about 50miles on them. The body\'s were from my car that had about 280k. I cleaned the bodies before the nozzle replacement but I did notclean them aggressively before taking the pictures to sell. I didnot want to risk one rolling off the bench and the tip gettingdamaged. I brass brush and ultrasonically cleaned the body\'sat the time of the nozzle replacement.
I was chasing a smoke problem with thecar at that time and this new injector rebuild did not fix theproblem so I pulled them back out and put a different set I had in aspart of my diagnostic process before trying different things andeventually retiring the car.
If you are not familiar with Monarknozzles, they are generally considered to be better than Bosch,particularly for BioD and WVO in this application. Yes, that is abold claim but read around and you will agree. There is only oneplace in the US to get them and they are not always in stock.
I have rebuilt injectors many times andthis set has been torqued correctly and lapped surfaces mate well andthey do not leak.
I can send you the pdf instructionsthat came with the nozzles if you like. Also I have most of thecontainers that the nozzles came in included.
They have been handled with care all ofthe time that they have been out of the car. I will package wellfor shipment and ensure that the tips are extremely well protected . I should be able to get them rolling your way the next day,perhaps even the same day (I am on east coast time).
Don\'t forget to order yourself someheat shields. They should be replaced each time and not re-used.
