Returns
Non electronic Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt for refund. Electronic items must be returned within 7 days of receipt. There are no exchanges. Items accepted for return must be authorized prior to being shipped back. Items accepted for return must be brand new, unopened and unused and/or uninstalled in their original packaging with factory tags and manuals. Opened products, used products, products that have been installed, products where the factory tag and manuals have been removed, or products not in their original packaging cannot be accepted for return unless the error was on our part. There are no refunds of initial shipping charges and return shipping charges are the purchaser\'s responsibility unless the error was on our part. A charge of up to 15% may be deducted from any refund to cover restocking and relisting the item unless the error was on our part.
