Term of Sale
RETURNS:We don\'t accept return for refund, if you purchase a wrong DVD map for your car.
No refunds on navigation discs as they can be copied rather easily. If you buy an item in error, you can send it back (return shipping at buyer\'s expense) within 7-days of receipt, for EXCHANGE or store credit only. Disc must be returned in the same condition as it was received (ie not broken/abnormal scratches etc).
Payment
PayPal is the preferred method of payment on eBay (e-check payments through PayPal must clear prior to shipment). If you pay using your current PayPal cash balance, or via a credit card and PayPal, we will ship the item within 24-hours thereafter, Monday through Friday except holidays.

Shipping
Shipping is done Monday through Friday (except for legal holidays), via USPS with free delivery confirmation. If you need a faster shipping method, we have Priority Mail and Express Mail also available at an addition cost.

We will however accept returns for non-working discs or non-compatible discs, in trade for a like-kind exchange or store credit for other merchandise. If you receive your disc and find a problem with it, please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and please return the disc as soon as possible, for an exchange. Return shipping will be at buyer’s expense.
