A new product or components will be shipped to you ASAP. Please request to receive RA#.Any packages send without return or exchange authorization number will not be accepted. RA# must be visible on the packaging box.
Damaged Product.If product has been damaged and mishandled during shipment by shipping carrier (UPS, USPS)you must contact your local carrier office within 48 hours after delivery and claim for damage.After we receive authorization from shipping carrier new product will be ship to you again.Do not return damaged product to us. Shipping carrier will pick it up after your claim.
Return And Exchange.Easy ReturnsTo return the item you must:
