This is a set of LED bulbs to replace the original 6 watt filament festoon type bulbs used in the rear number plate light for theLOTUS ECLAT, ELITE, ESPRIT, EXCELseries of cars.
The original filament bulbs were part number GLB254.
These LED bulbs are much brighter than the original specification bulbs having 3 surface mounted light emitting diodes and which may be rotated to give the optimum light distribution.
Apart from improving the available light, the current consumption for each bulb is 44 milliamps compared with 500 milliamps for the original filament bulbs and the heat generated is down by a factor of 10! reducing, if not eliminating, heat damage to the plastic cover which can occur with the filament bulb.
