I made this one-off set of 5 wheels back in 2006 for a truck I wasbuilding for myself at the time.Unfortunately I had to sell that truck before I could complete it and the wheels never made it on the truck.
Long story short I\'ve beenhoarding these for years to use on a futurebuild but I have way too many projects and way too much Rover stuff so it\'s time to let some of it go.
I started with 5 perfect genuine Land Rover 16 X 7, 5 on 6.5 steel spare wheels and fully welded a set of custom inner beadlock rings to the outer lip.
I then had thewheels and outer rings powder coated glossblack.
These are heavy duty and would be ideal for hardcore off-roading/rockcrawling.
All stainless steel beadlock hardware is included however if you do intend to use them for more hardcore use I would recommend you use grade 8 hardware.
These cost me more to make then I\'m selling them for now and if someone came to me today and asked me to remake them, they would cost considerably more then I selling them for.
These are a true beadlock wheel but because they were originally a standard steel wheel you can run them like any other wheel and not actually sandwich the lip of the tire if you only want them for the look and/or for the outer lip protection.
Wheels only (no tires).
They have all had tires mounted on them and been used as rollers for project vehicles but have never been driven on or even been out in the sun so the finish is still bright.
