New Turbo Kit for all VW 2.5 Engines. Includes all parts you see in the picture to the left. Includes a complete exhaust system including the turbo exhaust manifold, turbocharger and downpipe, intake system consisting of silicone rubber elbows, expanders, hose clamps and mushroom filter. Also includes an oil return line (from the turbo to the oil pipe). If you want to add a turbo to your 2.5 engine, this kit is exaclty what you need.
In terms of the exhaust system, everything will bolt on. NO EXHAUST WELDING/CUSTOMIZATION REQUIRED! To install the turbocharger kit, remove your old exhaust manifold and bolt on the turbocharger, new exhaust manifold and downpipe. Your exhaust system will bolt on to the new downpipe. Your oxygen sensor will attach to the new downpipe.
You will need to make an oil supply line and oil return line. There is an oil return line included that can install you the oil pan, but a flange has to be fabricated to accomodiate it. The oil return line may or may not work for you, but it is included to help with the fabrication.
　 　
The picture on the left shows the Kit installed on a 2006 Jetta 2.5. You can just barely really see turbo to Mass Airflow Sensor air line, but it is there. For the intake system, everything is included, except the 2 inch steel pipe, 2.5 inch steel pipe and 3 inch steel pipe, which can easily be purchased at any auto parts store. All of the elbows, hose clamps, expander and 3 inch mushroom filter are included.
The picture on the left shows the turbo to mass airflow sensor pipe assembly. This is the bottom of the 2 intake pipe assemblies.
The picture on the left shows the 2 intake pipe assemblies. Only the steel pipe is not included. Everything else is included with the kit.

The picture on the left shows the stock engine cover / air intake / air filter assembly, with the air filter removed. You already have this installed on your car now. To install the new turbo kit, the engine cover has to be removed. An air filter is included with this kit. Air comed through the air filter, into the turbo, gets pressureized, and then flows into the mass airflow sensor. The stock engine cover is not used with this turbo kit. You can probably cut the engine cover, if you wish to reinstall it, but a significant portion of it will need to be cut off. An engine cover is not included with this kit.
The picture on the left shows the turbo to exhaust downpipe. Notice that there is a hole for the stock oxygen sensor.
The picture on the left shows the new exhaust manifold. THe new exhaust manifold will bolt up 100%.
The picture on the left shows the new turbo. It is hybrid K03/K04 turbo. It should be adjusted to produce low boost. It will be capable of more than 15 PSI, which will be too much for the 2.5 turbo engine. It is a stock turbo for a 5 cylinder Ford Van in Europe.
The picture on the left shows the steel pipe that is Not Included In This Kit. Not included are 2 of 2\" OD x 2-1/4\" Pipes, 2-1/2\" OD x 17-3/4\" Pipe, 2-1/2\" OD x 13-3/4\" Pipe, 3\" OD x 6-3/4\" Pipe. These short sections of exhaust pipe can be purchased from any auto parts store. Again. These pipes are not included.
The picture on the left shows the turbo to oil pan oil Pipe. This pipe is included, but will require modification to your oil pan to work. The oil return pipe may or may not work for your vehicle, but is included to help you fabricate an oil return pipe. You will also need to fabricate an oil supply line. One suggestion it to put a T fitting on the threaded hole for your oil pressure sensor.
