Up for auction here is a full length header for a Chevrolet Colorado 5 cylinder engine. I am not sure of all fitments so I can only guarantee that these will fit a regular cab 3.5L 2WD truck from 2004-2006, but it likely will fit many others. These are from Jaguars That Run aka JTR and are no longer made. If you check out their website you can still find some good info on these including the installation procedure. This header has about 20,000 miles on it and was the non-coated variety hence the external rust but it is solid and still structurally sound (and if you know anything about non-coated headers you know they will look like these in about a week or two after the paint burns off anyway). They have come out with some good spray can ceramic header coatings in recent years, so you can clean this header up and put a new coating on to make it last longer and look good at the same time.
