This is a used Holley LIST 3418-1 carburetor. It is an 850 CFM vacuum secondary 4 four barrel carburetor. These were originally designed for use onthe 1967 Corvette with 427 L-88 Corvette.They became popular as an over the counter performance upgrade sincethey were one of the largest vacuum secondary carbs available at that time,making it a good choice for street drivability and performance on a large cubicinch engine. This carburetor has had several modifications for appearance andperformance. The air horn has beenmilled off. A quick change spring coverfor the secondary diaphragm has been installed. A 50 cc accelerator pump has been installed. The float bowls, throttle shafts and otherparts have been chrome plated, as seen in the photos. These are often used on hot rods, rat rods, street machines,etc. They can also be used as areplacement for Ford, Chevy, and Mopar original equipment applications thatcame with a Holley carb. The frontmetering block is stamped 5247 and the rear metering block is stamped 5253,both of which are correct for this carb.This Holly is a rebuildable core that is complete and has no cracked orbroken parts, and all moving parts move freely. I don\'t know the current working condition of this carb, so I\'massuming that it will need to be rebuilt.
