If You Receive A Damaged Product
If you received a damaged product, please notify us within 30 days from the day you received the part at [phone removed by eBay]. Please be specific, stating exactly what damage was found, as well as if the packaging was open or damaged upon arrival. (Please provide pictures if possible.) We will immediately ship you out a replacement product as soon as the damaged part is picked up. The shipping claim will not hold up your replacement being sent. We will then contact the shipping company and file a damage claim as well as schedule the damaged product to be picked up. You should NOT file a damage claim prior to contacting us; doing so will delay the replacement being sent. For us to replace a damaged product it must meet the following criteria:
- Product must not have been installed.
- Product must have all its original packaging and be able to be repackaged exactly as it arrived to you.
- Product must be able to be picked up by UPS/FedEx at the same location to which it was delivered.

With the eBay fitment guide, if the guide says Crew Cab that is going to be for your four full size doors, if it states Extended cabs that is where your rear doors are 1/2 to 3/4 size of your front doors, and for the regualr will be a standard cab.

A: Most of our products come either out two ware house in Jasper, Indiana and Ocala, Florida. If the Item is not in stock we will shipp directly from the manufacture.
