Merchandise return without authorization will not be accepted. Please write the reference number clearly with the return package along with your name and brief
explanation and your contact phone number with the return package. All packages will be inspected for returns or exchanges.

The R.A.N does not imply replacement or refund, but only to inspect the merchandise base on your claim after its return. Please also included aphotocopy of your invoice showing the reference number.
