The Throttle Position sensor is a sensor used to monitor the position of the throttle in an internal combustion engine. The sensor signal is used by the ecu as an input to its control system. This adapter allows you to bolt on the OEM Throttle Position Sensor (TPS) to your Greddy Intake Manifold. This piece is not necessary if you have a stand-alone ECU as then you can use a different TPS. However, if you have the OEM ECU then you must use the OEM TPS and then you do need this adapter.
