This clamp can be used for brake lines, fuel lines, and wire looms. These clamps are made from aluminum bar stock with Delrin inserts that lock in place with an O-ring. You can change the tube sizes the clamps will hold by changing the Delrin insert. Series \"A\" or 812 clamps hold a range from 3/16 inches to 3/8 inch tube. Delrin inserts can easily be drilled for custom sizes. A Stainless flat head Allen screw holds this clamp together and mounts the clamp. Clamps are .625 inches wide and .813 inches tall and 1.455 inches long with a single 10-32 screw.
The O-ring can be cut if it will not fit over the tube fitting and will still lock the insert in the clamp. The clamp shown in the photograph is bead blasted for viewing detail, but, your Line Clamp will come to you in Mill Finish. One insert per hole is included with each clamp. The hole spacing for two, three, and four hole clamps in the same series all match.
