Shipping Terms1. In the unlikely event an additional charge is necessary. One our staff members will contact you via eBay, with an exact amount of the additional charge for your approval This will be done prior to ordering. An example would be a collision or body order that needs to be palatalized, and shipped by truck. We will always keep charges for shipping and handling to a minimum.
2. All orders must have a valid Home or Business address. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Oversize and heavy weight items, including but not limited to bumper components, body panels, engines, transmissions, will require a shipping charge. Please email us for a quote before ordering. Please, be specific as to what you want to have shipped, and have the complete address to where it will be shipped. These items are necessary to give an accurate quote for shipping costs. If the actual shipping charges are more than what was calculated at checkout, you will be charged the additional charges.
3. Discontinued Parts: Not all discontinued and/or older parts and/or accessories are available for immediate shipment. Please contact us to confirm availability on shipping of discontinued and/or older parts and/or accessories. There will be no returns or exchanges on discontinued and/or older parts and/or accessories. They are considered “Final Sale.”
4. Core Policy: Some parts offered on our site have a \"core charge\" applied to them. This is a refundable charge that the manufacturer applies to ensure that the old part is returned to us. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges related to returning cores to us. Remember all core returns must be assembled, clean, complete with no missing parts, undamaged, and in the original packaging. If you have any questions about core charges please feel free to contact us.
Return Policy- Contat us to arrange any returns.
- A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return.
- There is a 20% restocking fee charged against all returned parts.
- Parts must be resalable and in the original packaging.
- We cannot take back used parts.
- We cannot take back installed or tried parts.
- Electrical parts are not returnable.
- We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.
- Return request need to be within 30 days of receipt.
- If parts are defective please notify us within 15 days of receipt to inquire about a parts warranty refund.
- An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
- If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer a return fee of 25% may apply.
