Laser cut from 12mm thick SS plate - this heavier/stronger design gives less warpage when welding compared to typical 9mm or 10mm thick flange plates.

These are the thickest and best header flanges you'll find on ebay.
Less warping means better sealing and less machining after welding to make them flat again. The difference between warpage when welding one of these 12mm flanges versus a cheaper 9mm version is really noticable, and will really save lots of time in machining flat afterwards, whether it's by a milling machine or by linishing on a belt sander.
