All our flanges are cold roll 1018 steel and are resurfaced after milling to correct any warping so ensure our flanges seal properly. -GT2052 Garrett Turbo use a 3 bolt turbine outlet discharge flange. The CNC flange has an 2.5\" ID for weld on application plus the material is 1/2\" thick to ensure no warping and stressing under high temps and loads. The bolt holes are thru holes that allow s M8 bolts or studs to be used. All our flanges are CNC cut and sanded to true flatness. We do tig weld on V-band assemblies for extra charge too.
