Where possible we will have notes in the notes column to advise if there are any fitment restrictions for certain month/year dates. For example: Ford Falcon AU build range is 1998-2002, but then there is a Series 1, 2 and 3. So the build range might say 1998-2002 however we will have notes advising if it suits only up to 4/2000 Series 1.

Even if the Vehicle Compatibility Table have your vehicle listed, there may be more than one type for that same car. Please send us your vehicle details either in the notes of the order or in a message after placing the order.
Parts orders without supplied vehicle information may result in delayed shipment of the order.
Please include the following information

- Build Date (Month/Year)
- Engine/Fuel Type (Engine Capacity and Petrol or Diesel)
- VIN Number
- and any other information that may be useful such as 4WD or 2WD.
To ensure you get the correct part for your vehicle we ask you to send us this information.
- Please refer to the Fitment Tab for detailed vehicle fitment and notes for vehicle fitment. PLEASE read any notes carefully as it may ask you to check a size, or a VIN. The notes may also contain other important information referring to the vehicle fitment.
- CHECK the Item Specific details above for details such as vehicle location, quantity per vehicle, specifications of item and other important information on the part.
- If your unsure message or email us your car details (VIN, make, model, series, month/year, engine code, transmission type) BEFORE you order so it can be checked
- Fitment lists are for Australian delivered/domestic vehicles and may not apply to imports or overseas buyers
Returns
As per Australian Law we do accept returns, The return postage of the item is at the cost of the buyer and the refund will be processed once the item is received in its original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.
It is the responsibility of the person fitting the parts (prefferably a qualified motor mechanic) to make sure the parts supplied are correct for the application and the same as the parts being replaced. ie: Size, shape, or anything else that effect the fitment of the part. IF a part is fitted to the vehicle and the customer then realises it is the wrong part, then we will not accept this item back a return as the onus is on the part fitter to make sure the part is correct before fitting. This is a firm policy and will not be negiotable.
The original postage cost will not be refunded, and for items with FREE POSTAGE a handling fee may be charged to cover the original postage cost.
We can not be held responsible for buyer's mistake reading item descriptions and vehicle applications, if a mistake has been made by the buyer it will be their responsibility to return the item as per the above policy.
We are an honest business and if we make a mistake we will do everything we can do to rectify the issue.
If a claim is made that the item sent is not as described we reserve the right to request photos as required to determine what the issue is and how it can be fixed. In most cases we will ask for a photo of the part we sent and the part off the vehicle.
Order Cancellations
If the buyer requests to cancel a order, a cancellation fee will be witheld. The cancellation fee will depend on the payment method but it is generally approx 6% of the original purchase price including postage.
Requests to cancel Local Pick Up items (eg: Aerosol products or other dangerous goods) will not be accepted AFTER the order has been processed on our end.
The carrier your item will go with will depend on your location.
- Once the order has been paid for, the address can not be changed. This is due to Seller Protection on eBay. You should change the address BEFORE placing the order. IF the order needs to be cancelled and re-ordered with the correct address, a fee may apply (to cover the non-refundable selling fees (eg. Payment Processing Fees)
- Where possible items will be sent requiring a signature. Some small items may be sent "ATL - Authority To Leave"
- If a valid email address is provided you will get tracking updates emailed to you as they are updated.
- If you have a preference of carrier (for example you only want items sent with Australia Post, please leave a note with the order and we will be happy to do so)
- If an item requires a signature and no one is at the address to take delivery and sign for the parcel, your item may be taken to a collection point. You should get a calling card at the address with details on how to collect the parcel, or the details will be email to you. You may be required to provide ID when collecting the parcel. Note: Most of the carriers will hold the parcel at the collection point for no more then 7 days, after that time it will be returned to us.
- If you give "ATL - Autority to Leave" for your parcel please advise in the order notes and we can arrange that for you.
- Items where "Express Post" is selected the item will only be sent with Australia Post Express Post.
- If an item is returned to us "Return To Sender" either because the address is incorrect, or delivery was unable to be completed. A re-delivery fee will be charged and can be paid by Bank Deposit or PayPal.
Some items may be eligible for combined postage. To get combined postage items must be purchased at the same time in the same transaction. Add the item to your shopping cart and checkout all at once. Combined Postage will be calculated off the dearest individual postage. For example, if you buy 1 belt and the postage is $7.50 and you buy a set of Ignition Leads and the postage on that is $10. Combined Postage will be $10.
Pick-UpPick up can be made available from Mount Druitt, NSW only and only on items with a "Local Pick Up" option in the shipping options.
IMPORTANT: PLEASE CHECK WITH US TO MAKE SURE YOU CAN COLLECT THE ITEM AT THE TIME YOU WANT BEFORE BUYING.
Pick up times are generally between 9:00am and 4:30pm Monday-Friday but this can sometimes vary.
In some cases we may need to transfer stock from our warehouse to the pick up location, if you need it straight away contact us before buying. Otherwise we can generally get items transferred within the same day if ordered before 11:30am.
Note: Some Tools & Bulk Engine Oils (20L) may take approx 3 days to arrive before it can be picked up.
Please allow a MINIMUMof 3-4 hours for your order to be ready.
Note: *some items will take longer than others as it may need to be transferred from another warehouse.
- 1. Purchase online BEFORE 11:30am and select Local Pick Up.
- 2. Once the item is ready for collection we will send you a message with pick up details.
- 3. Come in and collect your item at your convenience. Advise the counter staff that you are there to collect your online order, the product you are picking up, and your name.
All products we sell each have their own manufacturers warranty. In most cases the warranty will be at least 12 months or 20,000km which ever comes first.
If your item is found to be faulty through no fault of your own, we will process a warranty claim with the product manufacturer.
It is the policy of this store that the Warranty will be VOID if NOT fitted by a qualified tradesperson.
Proof of fitment may be requested at the time of warranty claim.
Warranty ProcedureParts being returned under manufacturers warranty must follow this procedure.
- Replacement part must be invoiced and paid in full before it can be taken from the shop
- Once the failed part has been returned to GSS Auto Parts it will be sent to the manufacturer for inspection and/or testing. The manufacturer will then decide if it is to be repaired, replaced or rejected. Note: The warranty is a manufacturer's warranty and any decision made by the manufacturer has nothing to do with GSS Auto Parts or its employees
- If the manufacturer agrees that the part is to be replaced and the customer has already purchased a new replacement a refund will be processed.
- If the manufacturer agrees to repair the part, the repaired part will be returned to the customer.
- If the manufacturer rejects the warranty claim, the customer can choose to have the failed part returned to them however no refund will be given.
- Original invoice from GSS Auto Parts must be presented when presenting failed part. This is not negotiable.
