Return Policy
- No returns after 14 days. Please allow us 1 business day to respond to any questions or concerns that you may have. Our hours of operation areMonday-Fridayfrom9am - 5pmeastern standard time.
- As long as the item has NOT been installed (or attempted to be installed) and has NOT been used and is still in 100% new, unused condition in original packaging, you may return items within 14 days for an item price refund. The original shipping fee will not be refunded, per eBay policy. Items, manuals, manufacturer packaging, or instructions that are returned dirty, greasy, used, scratched, chipped, broken, torn, written on, or have a shipping label applied (labels should only be applied to a separate, outer shipping box) will not be refunded, per eBay policy that returned items and manufacturer’s packaging MUST be in original new, unused condition.
- Please contact us for a Return Authorization Number and return shipping address. Do not return items without an RA# number, or the package may be refused and returned to you at your expense.
- Returned items must be well-packed in original manufacturer\'s packaging and contain everything that was originally provided, such as packing materials, hardware, manuals, protective wraps/caps, instructions, etc.
- Be sure to write down the package tracking number and buy shipping insurance. If your return is lost or damaged during shipping, we cannot refund you because the item cannot be resold or returned to our supplier. You will have to submit a claim directly to your shipping company requesting compensation.
- Refunds are issued approximately two business days after we receive your return. Please allow this two day inspection and processing time before inquiring about the status of your refund.
Warranty Exchanges / Defective Items
- We will exchange any defective merchandise for the same item, as long as our standard return procedure is followed within 30 days of delivery. Professional installation is recommended, as items damaged by improper or failed installation attempts cannot be returned or exchanged.
Shipping Damage
- If you receive a damaged item, please contact us IMMEDIATELY. (Damage claims can only be submitted to the shipping carrier within seven days of delivery.)
- Describe the damage and email photos. We will then submit a shipping damage claim to the carrier. We will reship your order or refund the purchase as soon as the claim is approved and paid, which may take up to four weeks. (You may want to place a second order for the same items while waiting for the carrier to process the claim.)
- You must keep ALL packing materials and package contents until picked up by the carrier for inspection. Do not return the item to us without prior authorization, or the claim may be rejected by the carrier.
