Upon receiving your new set of wheels, it is incredibly important that you inspect the product thoroughly to ensure there is no damage to any of the product that may have occurred during the shipping process. If there is any damage, please do not mount the wheels with tires or place them on your vehicle. Please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery time. This is due to the shipping companies having deadlines to file claims due to shipping damage.
It is very important to test the fitment of the wheels before mounting tires on the wheels. If tires have been mounted on the wheels, then they become non returnable for any reason. This is because once the tires are mounted on the wheels, the wheels cannot be sold as new. If you mount the wheels you own them.
You may want to take pictures of the wheels before having them mounted with tires. This is because it is possible for there to be damage during this process and you may want to be able to prove that the damage was not there before the mounting process. This protects you from a mechanic saying that the wheels came in that condition. In addition, make sure you use a mechanic that has experience in mounting wheels.

Most sets of wheels come with one year warranty on the finish, ad well as a lifetime structural warranty against any manufacturer?s defects. For more information on the warranty please see the manufacturers website before the purchase of your wheels. We do not offer any additional warranty that the manufacturers do not. Items that are labeled as ?discontinued? do not come with a warranty because those wheels are discontinued and will not be able to be replaced in the future. Items that are on clearance are all final sales with no return options.
Most of the time we will facilitate warranty exchanges, but there are some manufacturers that deal directly with the customers. It is important to note that the outcome of a warranty claim is solely the responsibility of the manufacturers as we do not offer any additional warranties. If an items is defective, it may only be replaced with the exact same item; it may not be exchanged for a different item. In addition, we are not responsible for any costs associated with the exchange of a warranty item such as shipping to manufacture and shipping back to you, labor charges, time, etc. Any costs associated with the exchange will be the responsibility of the customer. Since we do not manufacture the wheels, the only role that we can play is facilitator between manufacturer and customer.
If we make a mistake on fitment, we will pay all the return and shipping costs associated with the claim or fix the order depending on the issue. Again, this is contingent upon us receiving the correct vehicle information. The required vehicle information includes: Year/Make/Model and any Brake or Suspension modifications as well as any other aftermarket medications that may impact fitment. If the information provided is incorrect there will not be no returns accepted. We can only guarantee fitment for items that we sell. We can only guarantee fitment for vehicle specs that we chose; if the customer chooses different wheel specs than we recommended, we cannot guarantee that fitment and returns will not be allowed. If any additional mounting items are required and are NOT asked for before purchase, the fitment cannot be guaranteed and no returns will be accepted. Tire rubbing issues are classified as a mistake on the tire shop or customer?s end. We do accept returns. Test fit your wheels without tires. If tires have been mounted, we cannot accept any returns for any reason.
If we make a mistake on fitment we will exchange/fix/correct the issue Free of charge to the customer with no return costs only if tires have not been mounted.

Answer: Unless noted in the listing, all of our items are new shipped directly from the manufacturers.
Do you sell other brands not listed.
Answer: Yes. We sell a variety of brands and are always looking to branch out with brands not listed on our site as well. If you have a specific brand in mind that you don?t see on our site, please reach out to us and we will inquire for you.
Question: Are all items in available?
Answer: Unless the wheels are being discontinued, the manufacturers are constantly getting new shipments of all the wheels listed on our site. If your items happens to not be in stock at the moment, we can generally provide an accurate timeline of when those wheels will be back in stock. We also take down payments if you want to reserve a set of wheels for when the shipments come in.
Question: What do I do if the wheel shop has a problem mounting my new wheels?
Answer: As stated in other tabs, we cover all issues and mistakes that are our fault. If the issue is something that we caused we are happy to replace or return the item free of charge. If the issue is the result of an error on the customer or a body shop, we will not be able to accept returns or exchanges. The best way to avoid this issue is by making sure the body shop or mechanic does a test fit before mounting the tires on the wheels. This is a standard policy that all dealers have.
