Large items that require shipping via freight company will be charged the advertised shipping rate if they are shipped to a commercial address and no liftgate is used. We Provide standard manufacturer warranty unless otherwise specified in description of item. All takeoff and used parts are warrantied for 3 months with an exception to electrical items. We stand behind our products, however, we will first need to examine the item before any replacement or fix can take place. Any improper use, abuse, neglect, careless handling, damage done by improper installation or repairs, or removal of a part from a vehicle in which it was first installed after purchase from Sarad shall void the warranty.
