Buy from the best! We have the fastest shipping time of any seller at an affordable price! Receive it within 2 to 3 business days! Don't be fooled by sellers with "standard" shipping. That can take over 1 to 2 weeks to receive!
This is a replacement flex section with flange for all 2005-2010 Chevy Cobalts, Saturn Ion's, and Chevy HHR's. (Except for turbocharged 2.0 2008+)
We typically sell performance downpipes, but this is for people who broke their stock flex section which is very common on these cars and have a stock car who just want to keep their car in stock form. The stock flex is junk which commonly break from the factory especially if it is a manual transmission car and instead of forcing people to buy an entire downpipe like the dealer would make you do for over $350 to $400 you can take this piece to an exhaust shop and have them cut off the old flex section and weld this into your existing downpipe so you can retain your factory catalytic converter. You may see some others sell something similar, but as you can tell from picture the piping coming out of this one hasa bend in it which you need for an easier install. Other sellers sell them with a tiny straight piece of pipe at the end of it and that is not a very good design because it would be more difficult to cut and weld it in at the bend of the downpipe. Ask any welder and they'll tell you it's much better to cut and weld after the bend not before it. And having the mandrel bend in the part makes it more expensive to make. Other sellers selling without the bend is just doing it for cost saving measures. Also the flange matches the OEM flange on your exhaust manifold. Once again you will find others selling a generic triangle flange another cost saving measure. Sure it works, but will not mate perfectly to your exhaust manifold flange. Best deal you will find period is basically what I am getting at! Plus we also include an OEM style gasket which is a $12 value free!
This includes a one piece flange, piping, flex section and we'll throw in an OEM style gasket.
All this for only $38 Plus $10 for Priority Mail shipping within the U.S.'s 48 states
You'll receive it within 2 to 3 days from us by Priority Mail. Other sellers are charging a ton for standard shipping that can take over a week to receive. We know how important it is for you to receive it fast!
Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, APO etc add $6
Canadian buyers add $30 for USPS Priority Mail International
This fits all
2005-20012 Chevy Cobalts except for the 2008+ 2.0 Turbcharged car. This will work for the 2.0 supercharged car, 2.2 and 2.4 engine cars naturally aspirated engines
  • 2006 Chevrolet HHR 2.2L
  • 2006-2007 Chevrolet HHR 2.4L
  • 2005-2008 Chevrolet Cobalt 2.2L
  • 2006-2007 Chevrolet Cobalt 2.4L
  • 2007 Pontiac G5 2.2L and 2.4L
  • 2005-2005 Saturn ION-1 2.2L
  • 2005-2006 Saturn ION-2 2.2L
  • 2005-2007 Saturn ION-3 2.2L
  • 2006-2007 Saturn ION-3 2.4L- Auto trans. only
  • 2004-2007 Saturn Ion Redline 2.0 supercharged
Will NOT work for 2008+ 2.0L turbocharged engines
The 2.0 Supercharged engines have slightly larger piping on the stock downpipe (2.5"). This is 2.25". It will work, but needs a little modification that your exhaust shop should be able to handle. For the rest of the cars it is a direct easy weld on application.
