We are theonlycompany offering a performance intercooler for the diesel BMW 335D that includes upgraded hoses and does away with the leaky factory connections.The intercooler is a 5\" stepped core design that has been proven on many of the 335i gasoline cars.This option utilizes 4-ply hot and cold side connectors and eliminates ALL of the stock leaky connections on the turbo/hot side by utilizing a hardpipe upgrade. The OEM turbo connection is solved with a custom CNC turbo fitting that slips onto the turbo. No more leaks!
This listing includes everything you will need to upgrade your intercooler: 5\" stepped-core intercooler, hardpipe hot side elbow, high quality 4-ply silicone hoses, CNC machined turbo fitting, stainless T-bolt clamps and instructions.
