This piece is an incredibly rare Dan Gurney Weslake made exhaust manifold header for a Ford Quad Cam race engine.
This piece was acquired at a garage sale which was held at the Gurney headquarters in Southern California in the early 90s.
This bundle of snakes has been kept in garage storage since and has never been installed on a car.
Megaphones were never installed on this, and is awaiting the final configuration you would need to finish the application in the car.
This is a genuine piece of race car history and completely period/era correct and specific.
Both sides have the Kay Industries Detroit badging and has been confirmed to be genuine by the descendants of Dan Gurney.
