  • We will machine a completely custom battery box tailored to you! (See instructions below)
  • Battery boxes are machined from 11 GA HRPO steel and are shipped uncoated.
  • Offered in either a \"Clamp\" or \"Belt\" hold-down style (BeltNOTincluded).
  • We will ship it flat or fully bent and welded.
  • Hardware, battery clamp and coupling nuts are included with CLAMP kits.
  • The bottom and back of the battery boxes have scalloped areas to provide more room for additional mounting options.
  • All battery boxes are made by Billet Proof Designs, here in the USA, so feel free to e-mail us any questions about the install.
These kits are made by builders who believe that you should work on your own chopper as much as possible!We are here to try to encourage people to step out of the box and try something new.

After you have a made a purchase, send us a message with the following information:


Clamp or Belt style (Belt NOT included)?

What font? (Microsoft Word fonts ONLY)

Message (Limited to 20 characters)

Type message EXACTLY how you want it to appear on your battery box (Caps, spaces etc.)

Please allow 2-3 weeks for fabrication.

If you have a logo or symbol, please send a .dxf .dwg .ai and .eps file (any vectorized CAD file).

If you have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to ask.
