Orders received by 2pm Eastern Standard Time Monday-Friday are normally processed that day.
Most items we sell are shipped from our main warehouse in Cincinnati, Ohio. We do ship items directly from our other warehouses which are located throughout the United States. In some cases your items may arrive in seperate shipments, don't be alarmed if only part of your order arrives, the others will arrive shortly.
We ship items via Fed Ex, UPS and USPS.
Shipping is additional to Hawaii and Alaska, please inquire for a price quote.
We normally ship within1-2 business days. We will notify you via email if your order will take more than 2 days to ship. Some items we sell are custom and may require additional time to complete.

We do accept returns up to 30 days after purchase. All items must be new, not installed, in original packaging and include all original paperwork, installation parts and hardware.
