Returns
We offer free 60 day returns on all items (UK only). Returns must be arranged through eBay by opening a return request, and the items must be unused and in their original packaging. Faulty items may need to be returned to us for testing before a replacement or refund is issued. Environmental Initiative
At RTG Automotive we have taken a number of steps to reduce our impact on the environment.
We are phasing out printed packaging and 95% of our home brand products come in plain box or plain bag packaging. This not only saves the environment, but also cuts costs (a saving which we pass on to you). Please note even if the image still shows a printed box we may still send the product in plain packaging.
We don’t send paper invoices, packing notes or any paperwork with our orders (unless specifically requested by a customer). We even print our address labels as small as possible. Overall this saves about 1,200,000 sheets of paper every year; that’s equivalent to 145 trees! VAT invoices can be emailed upon request.
