Our orders will ship either via UPS, or USPS. We only ship to the 48 contiguous states with FREE Shipping. Orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico shipping charged will be assessed. Additionally, we unfortunately cannot ship to APO or FPO.
Accidental orders will be automatically canceled and refunded.

Order received after shipping cut-off on Friday will not be shipped out till next business day.
All returns MUST be shipped back to us in the original packaging and must be in the same condition you first received them. If you report an issue with your order within 30 days from the date of purchase, you need only to open a return from within your eBay Order History and follow the instructions provided by eBay. We only cover the cost of shipping expenses inside 30 days of delivery of the item.
If we are contacted after the 30-day mark this will be considered a warranty issue. We will open a ticket and process the warranty, but the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the replacement item out, as well as for the cost of shipping the damaged item back to us. There will also be a Core Charge, to send the replacement out. So, should you need to take advantage of the Limited 1 Year Replacement Warranty we recommend you contact us as soon as possible.
